The deadline for sending in your entries will be Monday 16th July.

The Awards presentation will be at the Grosvenor House hotel at lunchtime on Friday 16th November 2012.

The What House? Awards, now in their 31st year, are the most prestigious and longest established New Homes awards.

They reward housebuilders and developers, large and small, across 21 categories.

The Awards unveil exciting, dynamic new developers, delivering pioneering projects to their local markets, as well as highlighting the innovations of the industry's major housebuilders who build across the country.
