If you have a SatNav, use the postcode B91 2SJ and follow the Taylor Wimpey signage.
Leave the M42 at Junction 5 and take the A41 to Solihull. Carry on straight ahead through two sets of traffic lights set very close together, then at the next set of lights turn right into Lode Lane. At the next traffic lights turn right into Moat Lane where you'll find Wharf Lane a short distance along on your left.
From Solihull centre: Leave Solihull on the B425 (Lode Lane) and continue until Moat Lane to your right. Take this turning and continue until you see Taylor Wimpey signage to your left. Follow the road down and the site will be ahead of you.
