- Onto Penwinnick Road/A390 and continue on this road for 7.6 miles
- At Trewithen roundabout take the second exit and less than half a mile along you will find Fairfields on your right
From Truro
- On St Clement Street/B3284 take the first exit at the roundabout onto Tregolls Road/A390 signposted for St Austell
- Continue along the A390 through Tresillian Turn left at the car sales towards probus and continue through the village
- As you leave the village, Fairfields will be found on the left.
Alternatively skirt the village along the new bypass. At the roundabout take the first exit towards Probus. Fairfields will be found on the right.

Enjoy living at Fairfields and walking to the local shops! Larger shopping centres and stores can be found in the nearby towns and cities of Cornwall.
