Living in Probus, you will have all the benefits of being in the countryside including the quiet life style and stunning views but you will still be in a short distance to Truro city and the golden beaches of Cornwall, making them ideal for first time buyers, home movers or investors.
About the area
Probus is a small village which lies to the East of Truro and is home to Cornwall's tallest church tower which was built in the 16th century.
It is a quaint village which has large Georgian houses and old granite cottages that line the broad main street and has it's own local butchers, chip shop, primary school, pub and parish hall.
A fantastic area set in the countryside benefiting from beautiful countryside views but also within commuting distance of Truro city centre. A fantastic place to set up a new home or to move an existing one!
Probus is a super village with a thriving community including a busy village hall where numerous events such as evening classes and mother & baby groups take place. In the village there is a farm shop, several restaurants and a historic church. Probus is a short drive from Truro, so anyone wanting bright lights and cosmopolitan shops does not need to travel far.
Taylor Wimpey is proud to say we were awarded 5 stars for customer saticfaction 2012 by the Home Builders Federation!
