Full Details

Situated to the South of Gloucester, nestling between the Cotswolds and the River Severn you will find a new and modern village.

About the area
The parish of Quedgeley lies on the bank of the River Severn, three miles south of the centre of Gloucester. Its close proximity to the city greatly influenced its development and today it still retains some of its sixteenth century houses complete with timber frames and thatched roofs. From 1939, a large proportion of the land was acquired by the Air Ministry for an RAF maintenance unit. The RAF still retain a strong presence in the area and their influence over the years has significantly helped shape Quedgeley to become what it is today.
