  • Leave the M90 at Junction 1 and take 3rd exit onto A921.
  • At the next roundabout take the 1st exit and bear left onto the B981
  • Follow the road and take the 2nd left onto the B916 signposted for Dunfermline.
  • Take the 2nd opening on the left (into Middlebank Rise) and continue on until you reach Fordell Lea.

From the North

  • Leave the M90 at Junction 3 and take 3rd exit from the roundabout towards Fife Leisure Park.
  • Continue straight on at next roundabout.
  • At next roundabout take 2nd left.
  • Follow the road straight over another 4 roundabouts.
  • At next roundabout turn left.
  • Take first right (into Middlebank Rise) and continue on until you reach Fordell Lea.

Shopping is easy with all the High Street brands available in Dunfermline’s town-centre. Whilst large supermarkets and DIY retail stores are just a few minutes away in Halbeath.
