Exit at Junction 11. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A505/Dunstable Road (if travelling south take the third exit, if travelling north take the first exit) heading to Dunstable. Stay on the A505 and go straight over 1 roundabout (now called Luton Road and then Church St).
At the A5/High Street junction turn right onto the A5 heading towards Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard. Go straight over 1 roundabout (continuing on the A5 now called Watling St).
At the second roundabout take 1st exit left onto the A505 heading to Leighton Buzzard/Aylesbury. Stay on this road for approximately 4.5 miles. At the roundabout take 3rd exit right onto Billington Road. Follow the signs and Billington Grove can be found just under 0.5miles along on the right hand side.
From Central Milton Keynes
Take the A421/H8/Standing Way towards Buckingham. Where the H8 meets Grafton Way/V6 take the 1st exit left heading towards the A5.
At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A5 heading towards Dunstable and stay on the A5 for about 2.5 miles. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit right onto the A4146 heading towards Great Brickhill/Stoke Hammond/ Leighton Buzzard/Ayesbury. Go straight over the next 2 roundabouts.
At the next roundabout take 1st exit left staying on the A4146. Remain on this road for approximately 7.5miles, you will need to go straight over 5 roundabouts.
At the next roundabout take the 1st exit left onto Billington Road. Billington Grove can be found on the right hand side under 0.5miles along - please follow the signs.
