Directions from the M1 J13 SCENIC ROUTE travelling through Aspley Guise and Woburn Sands so you can see the area before reaching Parklands:
Leave the M1 at Junction 13 and at the roundabout at the end of the slip road take the first exit, left to Aspley Guise/A4012 Woburn and A507 Ampthill. Continue for almost two-and-a-half miles - through Aspley Guise. You will reach a double mini roundabout and you need to head right down Woburn Sands high street (therefore at the first mini roundabout take the third exit and then at the mini roundabout immediately afterwards take the second exit (you will pass a petrol station on your right and The Swan on your left). Continue for half a mile down the hill where the development can be found on the left.
Directions from the M1 J13 travelling on main roads toward Milton Keynes (easier route to find Parklands).
Leave the M1 at J13 and go straight towards Milton Keynes on the A421. Stay on this road and at the first roundabout take first exit left towards Woburn Sands. Stay on this road. You will pass the Stable live music venue signs on your right, the popular Wavendon Arms restaurant on your right also, then further into Woburn Sands you will see Frosts Garden Centre. Cross the railways line and you will find Parklands 200m further along on the right hand side.
If you continue along the road pass Parklands you will reach Woburn Sands High Street.
