Fabrik is an exciting new development of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes in Brixton available to buy through Shared Ownership.
Notting Hill Housing together with Skanska UK will be launching this exemplar development in summer 2011.
Fabrik is a pioneering development built using a radical new construction form and approach known as Modernahus. This off site construction method dramatically reduces building times, whilst also pushing the boundaries in terms of design, quality and energy efficiency. This building technique will help Fabrik to achieve Code For Sustainable Homes level 4 and will help to meet the growing need for affordable, sustainable, high-quality housing in the UK market.
