The development is ideally located for the centre of the village, a pedestrianised shopping precinct, which offers a wide selection of shops and amenities; supermarkets and High Street banks can be found alongside traditional bakers and butchers. The precinct is also home to a weekly market with stalls selling everything from clothing and home wares to local produce.

Southampton itself is one of Britains most historic ports and is a vibrant and modern city. The city is firmly established as the UKs number one cruise port with a waterfront that welcomes some of the worlds greatest liners and cruise ships.

There’s a winning combination of design and safety in both the kitchen and bathroom. Tiled and colour co-ordinated, it is specifically designed to give you convenience and peace of mind.

Kitchens are modern and pleasing to the eye with colour co-ordinated worktops with built in fridge and freezer. The oven is located at just the right height to save you bending down and there’s a separate ceramic hob and hood.

Selected apartments have bath with shower over, whilst others have a shower room, all tastefully designed with our Customers’ needs in mind.

All apartments are inspected by our Customer Services Department to ensure they are handed over to the standard of finish and quality expected by our Customers.
