Printhouse

Printhouse is an exclusive development of 19 one, two and three bedroom loft-style apartments. Like all AMA developments, the focus on style with substance has produced apartments designed with quality as standard.

An open plan layout is adopted for the kitchen, living and dining areas, making use of the natural light from the majestic windows. Further evoking the spirit of loft living, an engineered hardwood floor stylishly unifies these spaces. The kitchen, partially obscured from the main living space, is fully fitted, with solid resin worktops and splashbacks, and a full range of integrated appliances, including a washer/dryer and a waste disposal unit.

Bath and shower rooms all feature quality white suites and practical vinyl flooring. A clean modern feel is enhanced by ‘walk-in’ shower compartments, semi-pedestal wash basins and concealed cistern WCs.

Technology
An Integrated Reception System is installed to deliver Digital Satellite (appropriate subscription and decoder required), Freeview and Analogue TV signals to all apartments. TV outlets and telephone extension sockets are located in the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. An energy efficient condensing combi-boiler, provides ondemand heat and mains pressure hot water.

Communal space
Residents can access the communal, landscaped courtyard and gardens from the ground floor. There are three stairwells, each with lift access from the secure ground floor car park to all levels. Each apartment has an allocated parking space within the car park, except for Apartment 10, whose space is beside its own private entrance.
