Redrow open day in Maidstone to shed light on part-exchange

Potential homebuyers can find out all they need to know about making a hassle-free move to a new home in Maidstone on Saturday. The open day at The Grange on September 8th is for prospective purchasers who have a property to sell, so they can discover more about Redrow’s part exchange incentive, designed to make moving easy. Christie Alaimo, sales director for Redrow Homes (Eastern), said: “For those with a property to sell, part exchange could take away the hassle of having to find a purchaser. Once homebuyers have chosen their perfect new home in Maidstone, the process begins with a part exchange specialist from Moving Made Easy arranging a valuation of the existing property. If the valuations are agreeable by all parties, Redrow could arrange the part exchange in less than a week. Christie added: “Generally speaking our customers must be selling something that’s worth a minimum of 35% less than the new build home. If the price differential is suitable we’ll work with them to make their move quick, simple and stress-free. They can move in as soon as their new home in ready.”
