Where is your firm selling new homes?

All our new homes developments are currently located in North London.

What types of properties are on offer?

We are currently selling luxury flats finished to a high standard with fully fitted kitchens and modern high-spec integrated appliances, bright and airy large reception rooms that have sky lights which allow natural light to flood the rooms, entryphone systems, double glazing and gas central heating.

How much does a new home cost to buy?

The prices of the new homes that we are selling at the moment start from £279,950.

What makes a new home stand out from the crowd?

New build homes are generally finished to a very high standard. The attention to detail is impressive, with the developer understanding the importance of natural light and mod cons.

Have you noticed any particular buying trends recently?

Yes - a major rise in searches for three-bedroom houses up to £600,000 in good school catchment areas in recent months. The buy-to-let market is also extremely active with many investors realising that their money is better invested in bricks and mortar than collecting the small amount of interest accumulating in the bank

Is your company currently offering any incentives or discounts to homebuyers?

No. But we do ensure realistic competitive pricing. I have always believed that stamp duty incentives or free legal conveyancing were just gimmicks that were covered by inflated asking prices.

Which new homes development potentially offers the best property investment prospects? We are selling new homes in Tally Ho, North Finchley, Lambert Way, N12, which offer potential for high rental yields and good prospects for capital growth.
