New homes in Nottingham unveiled

New home developer David Wilson is hosting an exclusive preview event for its latest new build homes project in Hucknall, Nottingham, this Friday, 26th March. The company is inviting people looking to buy a new home in the local area to come and be among the first to see the plans for this new homes development.

Papplewick Green, located off Papplewick Lane in Hucknall, features a collection of 140 new homes, each consisting of two-, three-, four- and five- bedroom properties.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to look around the two brand new designer showhomes which are being unveiled at the same time.

Philip Lacey, sales director at David Wilson, says: "This is an extremely exciting development for us; it features a fantastic selection of house types in a prime part of Nottingham and we are hoping it hits the right note with the region's homehunters and helps to build on our reputation as a leading housebuilder."

The first release of new houses at the development includes a mix of four- and five- bedroom properties with prices starting from £219,995.

The preview event is being held from 2pm-7pm on Friday 26th March with the official opening taking place on Saturday and Sunday the 27th and 28th March from 11am-6pm.
