Redrow Part Exchange event in West Sussex this weekend

House-hunters with a property to sell who hope to find a property on a new-build development in West Sussex should head for Redrow's Kings Acre site in Crawley Down this weekend, 4th and 5th August 2012, where the housebuilder is hosting a Part Exchange event. There, homebuyers can find out how Redrow Homes can buy their existing property if they choose to purchase a new home at the development.

Kerry Jenkins, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Eastern), explains: "For those with a property to sell, part exchange could take away the hassle of having to find a buyer. Effectively Redrow will act as cash buyer for a customer's existing property. It means they won't have to worry about being stuck in a chain and there are no estate agent's fees to pay."

Kings Acre offers 56 three- and four-bedroom houses for sale in the village of Crawley Down, just a mile from the Surrey border, on a site that will retain a number of mature trees and hedgerows, open spaces and woodland.
