Just 27 properties are going to be constructed at The Martlets, a development of new homes in Crawley, West Sussex that has just been launched by Barratt Homes. Only 14 of them will be sold privately, meaning there are few opportunities for buyers to get their hands on the three- and four-bedroom homes there, especially as there have been a large number of initial enquiries from house hunters hoping to find a property in the area. Prices start at £359,995 for a three-bedroom house.
