Superb choice of new-build for homebuyers in Surrey right now

The county of Surrey is an extremely popular homebuying location, and it's easy to see why: a great range of urban and rural locations, stunning countryside, major shopping centres, a huge variety of leisure facilities, some exceptional schools and great transport links to London, the coast and major airports. A large number of housebuilders are currently active in Surrey, providing a superb selection of developments for consideration.

Though perhaps it is best known for its leafy, affluent towns, the good news for house-hunters is that you don't have to be rich to enjoy a new home in Surrey.
