CALA Homes has reduced prices at Nower Gate in Dorking

With only four properties left unsold at its Nower Gate development in Dorking left unsold, award-winning housebuilder CALA Homes has introduced significant price reductions and incentives on these new homes in Surrey. Some of the houses for sale at the site have been reduced by £30,000. With a 100% Market Value Part Exchange Scheme available and 3% stamp duty paid, a lucky few house-hunters could end up bagging a real bargain.
