Just two of the house types available at Whitehill Meadows
House-hunters on the look-out for new homes in Lancashire should head for two of Redrow's developments in the county this weekend as the housebuilder hosts a special event in Saturday 18th August. Anyone buying a home at Oakwood Park in Ormskirk or Whitehill Meadows in Blackpool that day will be given £5,000 worth of customising options free. With prices ranging from £149,995 to £249,995 in Ormskirk and from £237,995 to £322,995 in Blackpool, a wide range of homebuyers could benefit from this offer.
Claire Jarvis, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), explains: "As those who've already seized the opportunity to purchase a new home at Oakwood Park and Whitehill Meadows have discovered, buying ‘off-plan' before a house is physically built gives you two key advantages. Firstly, there are more properties available in a development's early stages so you can generally secure the house of your choice in the position you want. Secondly, if you are buying early in the build process you have more likelihood of being able to personalise the interior."
She continues: "This Saturday we're encouraging people to buy off-plan by giving them up to £5,000 to spend on customising their home with Redrow options. They will be able to choose from an enhanced range of kitchen cabinets, work surfaces and bathroom tiles, plus other extras and upgrades. Customers could even use the incentive towards carpets for their new home and put the cash they would have otherwise set aside for this item towards their deposit instead."
Redrow's standard spec will impress house-hunters with its stylish kitchens and bathrooms as well as flexible property layouts and luxurious features such as en suite facilities to the master bedroom. The options for finishes, tiling and flooring mean that no two homes need to be alike.
With show homes under construction at both these new developments, anyone who wants to experience a Redrow home for themselves before committing to a purchase should visit one of the other Redrow schemes in the region to see the show homes there, or take an online tour at Redrow.TV.
