A new Redrow show home opens at Davington Park this weekend

Redrow Homes is anticipating a high level of homebuyer interest in its brand new development in Faversham, Kent this weekend, as it launches Davington Park to the public on Saturday 20th October at 10.00am. Set on the site of a former foundry, the 56-home development will rejuvenate a derelict area and provide two-, three- and four-bedroom homes that will appeal to an array of house-hunters in Kent, with waterside views for many properties.

To mark the opening of the scheme, Redrow will also be unveiling a four-bedroom show home that visitors can look around. Like the other homes at the scheme, the ‘Kensington' is part of the company's New Heritage Collection, combining traditional looks with a 21st-century interior specification.

Christie Alaimo, sales director for Redrow Homes (Eastern), says: "We are looking forward to welcoming homebuyers to the launch of Davington Park and giving them a first glimpse of the new homes. The development combines a highly desirable range of properties and a very attractive location, which should prove to be an irresistible combination for prospective purchasers. Plans for the location will be on display in our new marketing suite, so it's an event not to be missed for those who want their pick of the prime positions on the development. The four-bedroom ‘Kensington' show home is a fantastic example of one of our properties, and has been furnished and decorated by our chosen team of professional interior designers to inspire visitors."

The launch weekend will also reveal prices for the scheme and the range of incentives that Redrow will offer. The housebuilder has already said that its popular part exchange offer will be available on selected plots, a bonus for those trying to dispose of a current property.

Faversham is a great location for families, close to the Thames estuary and within easy reach of a host of coastal resorts, such as Whitstable and Herne Bay. There are good local schools and amenities, and Redrow are contributing funds to community facilities and initiatives as part of the new housing project. It's not far to the Medway Towns and Canterbury by road or rail to find a much larger selection of shops, services and leisure options. Commuters will appreciate good transport links from Faversham, which include proximity to the A2 and M2 and regular and High Speed rail links, bringing central London within easy reach.

If you can't make the launch event on Saturday 20th October, the development's marketing suite and show home will be open daily from 10.00am to 5.30pm thereafter.
