Hillreed Homes has announced that Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council has granted them planning permission to build five new homes in Kent in Eccles, north of Aylesford. The development will feature two three-bedroom semi-detached houses and three four-bedroom detached homes and construction will be begin in Spring 2012.
Jo Richards, marketing and corporate manager at Hillreed Homes, says: "We anticipate a high level of enquiries for Eccles. For modern day living, access to good facilities is essential: Eccles ticks all the boxes. We are producing four different house types with their varying layouts, so that gives buyers a lovely opportunity to find a house that absolutely suits their needs."
Though it is a tranquil village, Eccles is very well connected to the surrounding area and beyond. The M2 and M20 are close by, and the A229 provides a direct link to nearby Maidstone, which has a wide range of shops and amenities. There is a rail station at Aylesford that has services to Strood (for connecting High Speed and metro services to London), Maidstone and Tonbridge.
Hillreed Homes has a reputation for building distinctive homes in Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire
