There are plenty of new homes in Kent to choose from this Christmas, with prices, styles and locations to suit almost everyone. Prices start at £140,000 for a one-bedroom ground floor apartment to £241,650 for an 11th floor, two-bedroom apartment with fantastic views across the River Medway, its marina, and the surrounding areas from the private, timber-decked balcony.
