Just three months after the development was launched, already eight apartments at the Brosimum House phase of CALA Homes' Nascot Grange development in Watford are occupied and with a series of incentives in place, the housebuilder is hoping that first-time buyers could be settled in one of the other properties for sale there by Christmas. Those starting out on the road to homeownership have the option of a deposit paid deal, where CALA Homes provides five per cent of the property price towards the initial deposit, or the CALA Pay shared equity scheme, which allows them to purchase with a lower-than-normal deposit and mortgage, with the balance provided as an interest-free loan by the housebuilder.
