Last weekend saw the launch of Queensberry Properties' latest development of new-build homes in Edinburgh. Situated at The Inch near Cameron Toll, just three miles from the city centre, Melior Green will comprise an inspiring collection of 21 one- and two-bedroom apartments when completed. The capital-based housebuilder is eager to attract young professionals and first-time buyers to the new development with contemporary open-plan designs, an attractive courtyard setting and two striking penthouses. Younger buyers will also be drawn by the price tag of between £121,000 and £137,000 for the properties released so far, with shared equity being offered on selected plots.
