Final apartments released by CALA Homes at popular West Edinburgh scheme

Since its launch in 2006, CALA Homes has sold 222 new homes at its Grovewood Hill development. Now the time has come to release the final phase of these new homes in Edinburgh and the developer is offering the final 18 Aspect apartments.

The incentives on offer include shared equity, which could be a boon for first-time buyers struggling to save a large deposit, and a part exchange option for existing homeowners who may be having trouble selling their property. Some of the incentives are time-limited, meaning would-be buyers hoping to find a property to meet their requirements should head to the development soon to discuss their options with the CALA Homes team. There is a show apartment to view at the development seven days a week, open from 11.00am to 5.30pm.

There are two-bedroom apartments priced from £199,000, though some of the more spacious layouts with separate kitchens are priced up to £280,000. An en suite to the master bedroom is standard in every property, as is a terrace or balcony and an allocated parking space in the underground car park.

The development is set in mature parkland and the properties boast some extensive views to the west of the Scottish capital. It is conveniently located for routes into the city by road and rail as well as the M8, M9 and Edinburgh Airport.
