Housebuilder A2Dominion New Homes has launched the first phase of new homes at its new £92m residential development in Limehouse, London.

Located a short travelling time from the City and Canary Wharf at at 721-737 Commercial Road, Caspian Apartments, the first phase of new homes to be launched at the CQ London development, features a range of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with prices starting from £199,950. The scheme will eventually consist of 215 luxury apartments for sale.

Although a number of apartments come with private balconies and terraces, all residents at the six-storey Caspian Apartments will also have access to a communal landscaped roof-top terrace with views reaching across London and the Thames.

All new homes in the development will feature sustainable features including solar panels to generate energy for the properties and an eco-friendly combined heat and power system.

Tariq Qureshi, director of Sales and marketing at A2Dominion's London division, commented: "This scheme [CQ London] offers not only top-specification new homes with quick transport links to both the City and Canary Wharf but also great investment potential in this rapidly developing part of east London.

"As well as excellent infrastructure and strong inward investment spurred on by the 2012 Olympics, Limehouse is close to a number of fantastic facilities including the 02 Millennium Dome and the Excel exhibition centre. The development of the Thames Gateway is also under way nearby."
