Dunedin Canmore Housing Association
Dunedin Canmore Housing Association provides general needs housing, sheltered housing, homeless housing, and shared equity housing for sale. Working with subsidiary company Malcolm Homes they also offer mid and market rent housing and private housing for sale throughout Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife.
Port of Leith Housing Association
In one of Edinburgh’s most popular areas, Port of Leith Housing Association have been providing affordable housing since 1975. At the heart of the area’s redevelopment over recent years, the association is involved with new house building, community regeneration and creating a sense of pride in the area. It provides shared ownership and a range of rented accommodation across Leith.
Cube Housing Association
Working together with Glasgow Housing Association, Cube Housing Association is currently developing new homes and refurbishing homes that will be available for rent or sale. The Association directly owns and manages over 3,100 properties in Glasgow, West Dunbartonshire, East Dunbartonshire, North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire, East Renfrewshire and Argyll & Bute.
West of Scotland Housing Association
With nearly 50 years experience, West of Scotland Housing Association provide a wide range of different properties across several developments. They run a shared equity scheme which people buy a share of 60-80% of full price and pay rent on the remaining amount. This is aimed at people with a low income. Only a small amount of their tenants have a Right To Buy their property.

For over 30 years, Cairn Housing Association has served Edinburgh and Glasgow, along with other communities throughout Scotland, with affordable housing. They offer Shared Ownership occasionally and Low-cost Initiative for First Time buyers (LIFT). They also offer general housing for anyone 16 and over, amenity housing, sheltered housing, very sheltered housing and care homes.
