Latest phase of new homes in County Durham launched by Bett Homes

House-hunters in the North East of England now have a bigger range of new-build properties to consider, with the release of a brand new phase at Derwent View in Stanley, a popular development of new homes in County Durham from Bett Homes.
Derwent View features a collection of three- and four-bedroom houses for sale in the former mining town, with prices starting a £169,995. The latest phase is built to Bett Homes’ new specification, the result of extensive customer research and feedback, which has resulted in re-designed property types and a higher level of interior fittings.
Bett Homes sales director Lawrence McGeehan says: “We are hugely excited to launch this new phase at Derwent View. The way these properties have been designed to give buyers exactly what they are looking for in a new home really sets them apart from the rest. This, combined with our existing build quality and new specification, really makes these homes exceptional.”
One of the new house types on offer is the ‘Hartlebury’, a four-bedroom detached property priced from £189,995. The heart of the home is a large, open-plan kitchen/family/dining room with full-height bi-fold doors to the patio and rear garden. The property also has a cloakroom and a separate living room, for flexible entertaining. Upstairs is a family bathroom, three double bedrooms and a single bedroom.
The new Bett Homes specification includes upgraded kitchens with soft-close doors, additional storage and a full range of brand-name integrated appliances. Bathrooms also feature more storage, along with elegant white suites and tiling. Buyers have a choice of finish to the fitted wardrobes that are standard to each master bedroom. There also are bespoke interior doors throughout, with unique handles.
The development, and its ‘Bamburgh’ show home, are open from 11.00am to 5.00pm, Thursday to Monday. The Bett Homes team is one hand to explain its offers and incentives, including a part exchange deal to assist homeowners.
