Essex-based housebuilder Weston Homes, crowned Housebuilder of the Year at the What House? Awards 2010, has launched the final block of new-build one, two and three bedroom apartments at its Mayfield Grange development in East Sussex.
Mayfield Grange is the conversion of Mayfield College and consists of sixteen three, four and five bedroom houses and 39 new-build apartments in two new buildings, The Great Hall and The Chapel.
Set within 20 acres of grounds, Mayfield Grange offers woodland and pavilion which houses a residents' gym. The new homes have been carefully designed to fit seamlessly alongside The Great Hall and The Chapel.
Priory Court is the final phase of Mayfield Grange, comprising two new-build apartment blocks with external architecture, sympathetically designed to mimic the original Victorian Gothic buildings by famed architect Edwin Pugin. Weston Homes has launched 23 one, two and three apartments in the second stage of Priory Court, St Bartholomew's Apartments, which are now available to purchase, with prices starting from £350,000.
Bob Weston, chairman and chief executive of Weston Homes, comments: "Priory Court is the third and final phase of new-build apartments at Mayfield Grange and will be the last chance to purchase a spacious and luxury home in such a charming countryside location. The apartments at Priory Court have been designed to be the spacious size of an average four bedroom house and appeal to a wide audience of purchasers such as downsizers, retirees and growing families."
