New homes at Stainton Mews

Homebuyers will be offered the opportunity to view the remaining new homes at Taylor Wimpey's Stainton Mews development in in Stainton near Middlesborough at an open day on Saturday 30th June.

The open day will run from 11am until 4pm and will allow potential buyers a chance to view the four remaining house types available: the four-bedroom Kempsford home, available from £209,950, the three-bedroom, three-storey, Charlbury available from £199,950, the three-bedroom Halliford from £179,950 and the three-bedroom Denford from £154,950.

Ideal for a range of homebuyers looking to find a property in Stainton; Stainton Mews development is within walking distance of a selection of shops and pubs in the village and has strong commuter links to Middlesbrough and Yarm.

Debbie Whittingham, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire, is delighted with the success achieved so far at Stainton Mews.

"We are thrilled with the rate of sales we have seen on this site but it means that there are now only four house types available for purchase," said Whittingham. "Our event will offer people a chance to consider purchasing on the development, before we sell out completely!"
