Homebuyers have snapped up new homes at Regents Way.
Taylor Wimpey's Regents Way development in Outwood, Wakefield, is proving extremely popular with homebuyers, reflected by the fact that there are just eight of 91 new homes at the scheme left for sell.
With prices starting from £144,496, the new homes development, which features a selection of unique and traditionally styled, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes for sale, has attracted many people looking to find a property in West Yorkshire, thanks in part to the housebuilder's part exchange initiative.
"Beyond question, one of the fundamental factors in the popularity of Regents Way is a direct result of our Part Exchange scheme and the doors it has opened for those who had potentially given up on moving up the property ladder," said Anne Bagshaw, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Yorkshire.
Taylor Wimpey's Part Exchange initiative allows househunters to have the developer become their cash buyer at 100% market value in exchange for a new build home.
Bagshaw added: "The rate at which these homes are selling is incredible but not necessarily a shock. House-hunters can avoid the stress of selling and simply enjoy the anticipation of moving with Part Exchange."
