Sotheby’s target London new homes market

Sotheby's International Realty estate agents has launched a new homes division which will assist and advise new home developers and offer new homes in London for sale.

The new homes section of the company will be led by London property professional Russell Taylor. The new department will leverage the global reach of the Sotheby's International Realty brand, which has in excess of 500 offices in 40 different countries.

A former senior director at Savills and DTZ, Russell will be based at Sotheby's International Realty's head office in Mayfair. Russell has extensive experience in investment, land sales, development, consultancy, agency, new homes and mixed development.
