New homes developer Linden Homes has launched its flagship interior design studio to assist people buying new homes at its developments across the South East to put their stamp on a brand new property, before they move in.

Based at the new home builder's regional headquarters in Caterham, Surrey, the new Enhance studio allows buyers to select from a wide selection of standard finishes on show or upgrade fixtures and fittings.

New home purchasers buying into one of Linden Homes' properties will also have access to the studio's interior design experts who are on-hand to guide people through the various customisation options, which include a wide range of designer furnishings, state-of-the-art appliances and contemporary colour schemes and floor coverings.
