Only four new homes left at Bloor Homes’ development in Northamptonshire

Bloor Homes' new development in Northamptonshire, The Orchard, is proving popular with a range of buyers, including families and young couples, looking to take advantage of the good location.

Only four of the 20 properties at the development remain for sale, with prices at The Orchard starting from £199,950 for a three bedroom house.

The housebuilder was selected to develop the 20 new homes in Northamptonshire by a couple living in Pattishall.

Mr and Mrs Clarke chose Bloor Homes after they acquired planning permission for 20 new homes on the land behind their five bedroom house.

The couple said that they were swayed by the developer's reputation for building high quality new homes.

"Once we had received planning permission for the new homes, we still had the hard part to come - choosing the right developer," said Mr Clarke comments.

He continued: "We interviewed several [new home developers] who were interested in purchasing the land with the outline planning permission and found Bloor Homes the most suitable. They have a great reputation locally and we had already seen some of their new homes developments. We felt the design and architecture of their properties would complement our environment perfectly."
