Where is your firm selling new homes? We have 200 offices in the UK so we are selling new homes across the country.

What types of properties are on offer? Again because of the size of our network the properties vary. However, the properties are mostly family homes as we are a brand that only deals with the upper quartile of the market place. We do have a few luxury apartments however these tend to be high value properties and located in the larger cities.

How much does a new home cost to buy? We have new homes currently available ranging from £350,000 to £10.5m.

What makes a new home stand out from the crowd? Often for new homes it is about unique and innovative design. A new home also often provides the opportunity for buyer to get a modern sleek property. Sometimes this can be tailor made to their specific requirements. With a new home a buyer will always expect the most modern and luxury of fixtures and fittings as standard and ecological design and features are becoming of increasing importance.

Have you noticed any particular buying trends recently? For international purchasers they often want a new and bespoke house. Therefore there is a trend with many international buyers to purchases houses for the plots they sit on. Then the plot has a modern and bespoke house built on the plot to their specific taste. Usually these houses are built to a very high standard and to the exact specifications and requirements of the owner and often add significant value to the house, plot and area. We have a number of hotspots across the country when these type of new homes are sort after.

Is your company currently offering any incentives or discounts to homebuyers? None at this moment I time.

Which new homes development potentially offers the best property investment prospects? The new homes referred to above are often offer very good investment opportunities to add value to a house and plot. Often by increasing the size, standard and specification of property on a plot a vendor can create significant value above the development spend. Also making a property more modern or relevant to its location can instantly add value.
