Where is your firm developing new homes? We are currently selling new homes in London areas of Hampstead, Belsize Park and Knightsbridge.

What types of properties are EandO building? EandO offer a luxury product designed and created to the highest standards. We specialise in niche new homes developments in prime locations that offer all the elements of a luxury lifestyle. We are particularly interested in free flow, open spaces and incorporating top electronic spec, such as iPad/iPhone controls, and in our last house we installed 16 kilometres of data cable.

How much does an EandO home cost to buy? Currently homes in our Telegraph Hill development in Hampstead start at £7.25m and rise to £14m.

What makes an EanO home stand out from the crowd? The hallmark of an EandO property is a unique attention to detail. Luxury homes built to an owner's specification rather than a developer's spec and with an interior design that provides a calm, relaxing and spacious environment to live in. EandO are big on detail and on quality.

Have you noticed any particular buying trends recently? We have seen a huge influx of foreign buyers who see London as being safe, outside the Euro, and a major communication and financial hub. They wish to live in a safe, luxurious environment and we offer that product.

Is your company currently offering any incentives or discounts to homebuyers? No.

Which EandO development potentially offers the best property investment prospects? We will be building a mews house in Knightsbridge, which seems to have no limit on price. We refurbished an apartment in Lowndes Square a few years ago and sold it within days of putting it on the market, at a record price. Over the last 18 months, the price on that apartment has probably risen 50%.

What is EandO's USP? EandO build houses to a bespoke owners' spec. We are not looking to make a typical developers' short cut on quality and design. We aim to offer a package with a "wow" factor for our clients to be able to just bring their clothes and personal effects and move into a property, which enables them to enjoy living there from day one.

Has EANDO ever won a What House Award? EandO is new to the market place and so we haven't won a What House? Award yet. Who knows, next year we may enter under the "Best Luxury House" category.
