Where is your firm selling new homes? Waterfords New Homes currently have over 200 new homes units that are either already available or are soon to be released across three counties including Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire.
What types of properties are on offer? We have a complete range of properties on offer from one bedroom apartments priced at £175,000 to six bedroom mansions at over £3,000,000 with just about every other type of house in between.
How much does a new home cost to buy? There are no additional costs when buying a new home against the cost of buying a resale property. However, there are many incentives that are often offered with the purchase of a new build apartment or house.
What makes a new home stand out from the crowd? All new homes are now built to exacting economical credentials and therefore are extremely thermally efficient and have substantially lower running costs than resale properties. New homes are also ready to move into and do not have the inconvenience of maintenance or repair issues.
Have you noticed any particular buying trends recently? We have noticed an increase in downsizers purchasing new homes due to reduced maintenance, higher efficiency and lower running costs.
Is your company currently offering any incentives or discounts to homebuyers? Waterfords New Homes department works with its clients to provide incentives such as 'Stamp Duty paid', 'Part Exchange' and contributions towards legal fees on selected properties.
Which new homes development potentially offers the best property investment prospects? We are currently marketing a development in Dashwood Close, Camberley, Surrey. This development offers great investment prospects due to its location being a short distance from the town centre as well as having good access to transport links and motorways. These properties offer good value on square footage in comparison to the asking price, and present an excellent opportunity for investors as they can provide a high rental yield.
