Housebuilder Oakford Homes will launch a collection of new homes in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, this weekend, at a new scheme called One.
The One development, located in Rickmansworth town centre, will consist of a selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Prices for one-bedroom homes start from £199,000, prices for the two-bedroom homes start from £295,000, while three-bedroom properties start from £395,000.
This weekend, for the first time, interested buyers can visit the sales and marketing suite as well as view the one-bedroom show apartment, which features a high spec kitchen and appliances, along with the convenient addition of a laundry room, an open-plan living and dining space and the benefit of an en-suite, designer bathroom.
The residential property developer reports that the collection of new homes has already received considerable interest from a range of buyers, with local agents. Over 30 viewings have already been booked for this weekend's launch event.
The new show home will be open this weekend - Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th, from 10am until 5pm. Viewings will be available on an appointment basis only. After the launch weekend, the sales and marketing suite will be open daily 10am - 5pm, and 11am - 8pm on Thursdays.
Chris Coates, managing director of Oakford Homes, said: "The homes at One are built to a really high standard. Their high specification, combined with such a fantastic, central location is already proving a winning formula and we have received a surge of enquiries from local buyers, keen to secure a home in the area. We are expecting a packed weekend of viewings this Saturday and Sunday and would urge buyers to get in touch and book in an appointment now to ensure they don't miss out."
