New homes developer Vision Homes has created a new address for their striking development in Battersea on a former playground.
Consisting of nine luxury houses for sale, Page Mews, which is scheduled for completion in March, is located close to Battersea Park and Queenstown Road Station, with prices starting from £1.15m.
Set in a quiet cul de sac, bespoke hardwood gates provide access to the development. The new houses have been built to a high specification with full height folding glass doors leading onto landscaped, south-west facing gardens.
The houses feature either three- or four-bedrooms with each room containing the latest in high technology specification to include future proof wiring, integrated sound systems, smart lighting and auto-ventilation systems. The bath and shower rooms have been individually designed.
Giles Underhill of Vision says: "With this site, we took the decision to create something really spectacular. We didn't want to play safe with pastiche Victorian architecture, we wanted to build houses that make no excuses for being contemporary and modern. The result is better than even we imagined. We have finished the houses to a standard and specification normally only seen the other side of the river and we believe that they will set a new standard for this hugely popular area."
