New homes unveiled in Colindale

Housing Group Genesis has unveiled a collection of new homes at New Hendon Village in Colindale, north London, which forms a crucial part of the regeneration of the local area.

The new energy efficient apartments, set within an array of buildings, include high-spec finishes with modern fitted kitchens and bathrooms, overlooking Heybourne Park, which opened earlier this year. Prices start from £190,000.

Fryent Country Park is also on the doorstep, comprising 250 acres of countryside, conserved woodland, hay meadows, and ponds.

This is one of just a handful of new homes developments in north London. The scheme also features a number of affordable homes.

New Hendon Village is located near Colindale Underground Station, which offers Northern Line services to Brent Cross in five minutes, Hampstead in 12 minutes, Camden Town in 19 minutes and London Bridge in a little over half an hour.
