The second phase of the new Kingsland Wharves development on the edge of the City, on the banks of the historic Kingsland Basin on the Regent's Canal, N1, has been launched.
The new phase of new homes, called Canal Wharf, was officially unveiled on Saturday 28 January, and will feature a collection of one- and two-bedroom units.
The majority of the apartments at Canal Wharf are waterfront facing and offer views over the Kingsland Basin, which was originally built in 1822.
The new homes are expected to be ready to move in to at the end of March, just in time for the official start of British summer time.
There are also three Penthouse apartments to be released on the top level of the adjacent building, Commercial Wharf, which overlooks Kingsland Road. There are two one-bedroom homes and a three-bedroom penthouse with a large outdoor terrace.
With cutting edge neighbouring areas such as Hoxton, Shoreditch, Islington and Dalston, residents are spoilt for choice when it comes to entertainment, culture and nightlife, which will appeal to many people looking to find a property in London.
There will be 34 apartments in Canal Wharf, 20 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom units. Prices are expected to start from £250,000. The further phases of Kingsland Wharves will be released as the development progresses over the next six months.
