New homes in Sussex proving popular

Date:

Wednesday 3rd November 2010

New homes developer Hillreeed Homes is expecting the remaining three new houses at its Fitzalan Place development in Maidenbower, near Worth in West Sussex, to be sold soon now that the site's show home is ready to view.

The housebuilder has already sold four new homes at Fitzalan Place in Maidenbower, near Worth in West Sussex, and this was before the show home was even completed.

"The success of the site is phenomenal", says Sally-Anne Wright, regional sales manager for Hillreed Homes. "Location is a big draw because despite its easy access to so many facilities, it is still in a quiet residential area abutting a mature copse."

The show house, which is now open, is a four bedroom home with a garage available to buy at an asking price of £374,950.

There are another two four bedroom, detached houses each with garage for sale at Fitzalan Place for £389,950 and £399,950.

Elsewhere in Sussex, there are just a handful of new build homes remaining for sale at Berkeley Homes' local development, called Summers Place, situated near Billingshurst. The development features a collection of two, three and four bedroom homes. The new homes are set within a private country estate.

David Wilson Homes is also offering new homes in Sussex for sale. The developer is working on a development, called Kings Acres at Eden Park, Littlehampton, which is located less than two miles from the sea, midway between Worthing and Bognor Regis. Prices start from £224,950.
