New homes in Northampton – over 70% now sold

A new home development in Northamptonshire is proving extremely popular with homebuyers in the area, according to the housebuilder working on the project.

New home developer David Wilson South Midlands reports that over 70% of the new build homes in its Woodcote Park development on Towcester Road in Silverstone have now been sold, just eight months after its launch.

Woodcote Park, located on the edge of the quaint village of Silverstone, features a collection of 45 new homes from the local housebuilder's extensive portfolio.

Offering a selection of two-, three- and four- bedroom homes, this development has proven in demand with homehunters which has resulted in all but fourteen of the properties being sold.
