A new home development in Northamptonshire is proving extremely popular with homebuyers in the area, according to the housebuilder working on the project.
New home developer David Wilson South Midlands reports that over 70% of the new build homes in its Woodcote Park development on Towcester Road in Silverstone have now been sold, just eight months after its launch.
Woodcote Park, located on the edge of the quaint village of Silverstone, features a collection of 45 new homes from the local housebuilder's extensive portfolio.
Offering a selection of two-, three- and four- bedroom homes, this development has proven in demand with homehunters which has resulted in all but fourteen of the properties being sold.
Jackie Day, sales director at David Wilson, comments: " Woodcote Park is an outstanding development offering a fantastic range of new homes in a truly rural location on the edge of Silverstone village.
"It has proven popular with a range of homehunters, from professionals to downsizers, but particularly expanding families seeking a thoughtfully planned new home.
"The popularity of this scheme has resulted in over 70% of the properties being sold and now, just eight months after its launch, just 14 homes remain on the market."
The four- bedroom Monza and Rio style homes and the three- bedroom Spa property have now all sold, but there are a range of other properties still available to choose from.
Day adds: "Even though some of the house types have now all sold, we still have a first class selection of house types to choose form including the spacious four- bedroom Valencia and the charming two- bedroom Monaco.
"I'm confident that the new build homes on offer coupled with the development's fantastic location will ensure Woodcote Park remains a favourite amongst the region's homehunters. So if you don't want to miss out on living at this superb development, motor on down to Woodcote Park today and give the green light to buying your dream new home."
