New homes in Colchester prove popular with buyers

There are just a few new homes remaining for sale at Countryside Properties' The Green at Fortuna Park in Colchester following a high level of sales at the development.

Only 3 three-bedroom houses remain for sale priced from £185,000 and only three of three-bedroom ‘uberhaus' homes with ‘bonus' rooms are available priced from £225,000.

To help prospecting buyers seeking to find a property in The Green at Fortuna Park, there are a range of special incentives available across the development for a limited period.

The scheme features a wide choice of two-bedroom coach houses, three-bedroom traditional and modern three-storey homes. Prices range from £139,950 to £224,950.
