New home developer Taylor Wimpey has launched a brand new development of houses for sale in Market Drayton. Priory Gardens, in London Road, Pipe Gate, is an exclusive collection of 25 executive four and five-bedroom new build homes in Shropshire, priced from £225,000 to £400,000.
Affordable Homes in Lincolnshire
Plans for new affordable homes in Billinghay will be under discussion at a roadshow to be held by North Kesteven District Council next month. The event will be held at Billinghay Village Hall on Tuesday from 3.30pm to 6pm. The event aims to inform local residents from the parish about the plans for affordable housing development in the area. The council and the architect will answer people's questions and will also be showing draft plans for a development off Mill Land in Billinghay.
New Homes in Scarborough
Up to 40 new homes will be built in Scarborough as part of the multi-million pound Sands project in North Bay, after a new deal was struck to safeguard the future of the scheme. Property developer Roland Duce's decision to buy Benchmark Leisure Limited has been welcomed by Scarborough Borough Council as "extremely positive", and one that will add "significant momentum" to the delivery of The Sands.
New Homes in Aberdeen
Donald Trump will build 1,450 new build homes, including 950 holiday villas, as part of a £750m golf-led property resort in north Aberdeen. Construction work is expected to get underway in the next few days after councillors gave the latest stage of the development the green light to go-ahead. The proposals for the project, including a new championship golf course, were approved this week by the Formartine area committee. A 450-room hotel will also be built on the Menie Estate near Balmedie, Aberdeenshire.
Affordable Homes in Aberdeen
The Scottish government has announced plans to build over 200 affordable homes in Aberdeen as part of a £55m development to be built in the city. The 209 ‘low-cost' flats will be built at a former paper mill site alongside the River Don in Aberdeen, with new build homes varying from one to four bedrooms. The project is earmarked for completion in 2014 and will also feature new offices, retail space, a children's nursery, and 77 private new homes for sale.

New home builder Redrow Homes has successfully sold eight new homes at its Priorpot Mews development in Malton, North Yorkshire, since the scheme was launched eight weeks ago. Priorpot Mews, situated in a semi-rural location within walking distance of Malton, features a broad range of two, three and four-bedroom homes, with prices starting from £152,995. The housebuilder reports that its three-bedroom ‘Malham' townhouses, price from £169,995, have proved one of the most popular new build homes, with just two remaining including the show home.

An impressive waterside apartments' development in the Linslade area of Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keynes, has entered its final phase of coinstruction. The development, part of the New Heritage Collection, combines traditional exteriors with contemporary interiors for ‘a timeless yet stylish solution for modern living'. The New Heritage Collection is influenced by the Arts & Crafts movement of the late 19th and early 20th century.
