Housebuilders unite to release new properties in Wolverton for sale

Construction work has started on a new residential property development, called Stratford Park, which will include 376 new homes in Wolverton.

The first phase of new homes at the scheme, which is being developed by David Wilson in conjunction with Barratt Northampton and Bellway, has already been made available to homebuyers.

The first release of new homes at Stratford Park includes a mix of three and four bedroom family homes priced from £214,995.
The project will eventually deliver a mix of one- to four- bedroom homes that will be aimed a range of homebuyers, first time buyers to growing families and downsizers.
