Football superstar Gary Neville has put his mansion in Bolton up for sale, along with six other new build homes on the sprawling Harwood estate, as part of a new property venture called Signature Developments.
The Manchester United captain's spectacular seven bedroom mansion, which features an indoor swimming pool, went on the market on Saturday with Knight Frank estate agent.
The grounds of the Neville's home also includes an additional six new build homes, which range from small cottages to large family homes, featuring designer kitchen and bathroom suites, with the option to be fitted out Neville's team of interior designers.
Neville had been hoping to develop a wind turbine at his proposed eco-friendly masion, but had his plans rejected by the local planning authorities.
Brendan Caloe, construction director of Signature Developments, said: "We are looking at the options in regards to the property that was turned down at the moment.
