Hillreed Homes launch new part exchange division

Date:

Tuesday 17th May 2011

New home builder Hillreed Homes have launched a part exchange division to help more people in their bid to buy a new home.

The new part exchange division, which operates from Hillreed Homes' offices in Kent and Sussex, is designed to help speed up the process of buying a new home. This means that customers interested in purchasing a Hillreed Home that live within the catchment area covered can potentially benefit from a quick and easy solution to their difficulties in selling their existing property.

"There are a lot people keen to sell their current property and move to a new home", says Jo Richards, marketing and corporate manager at Hillreed Homes.

"With sales sometimes taking rather longer than before the recession, those seriously wanting to sell are hampered by long chains which can take time to come to fruition. We saw a need to address the problem and have now set up a Part Exchange Division, to deal with queries from purchasers."

Hillreed Homes currently have a range of new homes for sale in Kent, Sussex , Surrey and Hampshire, with prices starting from around £185,000.
