Homebuyers flock to new homes in Wiltshire

The launch of two new family-friendly show homes in Devizes by Redrow Homes attracted over 100 visitors last week, illustrating strong demand for new homes in the local area.

Showcasing the style and quality of Redrow's New Heritage Collection new homes at Willowbrook, the four-bedroom ‘Oxford' and three-bedroom ‘Warwick' show homes have been professionally styled and furnished by an expert team of interior designers.

Hayley Zaple, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South West), said: "We have created two show homes ideal for families, which combine modern styling with the well-loved attributes and comforts of a traditional looking family home."

The New Heritage Collection is a premium housing product that was successfully launched earlier this year. It offers a hint of nostalgia, influenced by the ‘Arts and Crafts' era, as well as a specification to meet the needs of modern lifestyles. Redrow has deliberately set out to reintroduce a high degree of individuality to the way its new homes look and feel and create spacious homes that people can live in for a lifetime.
