Hillreed Homes to build new homes in East Sussex

Housebuilder Hillreed Homes will soon start work on a major new homes development in East Sussex's market town of Hailsham.

The new residential development will be built in Burfield Valley off Battle Road, about seven miles from the seaside resort of Eastbourne.
Burfield Valley, which is a very exciting and highly regarded new development, will provide a varied range of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.

Phase one will be launched shortly together with a fully furnished Show Home. In the first phase there will be a choice of new homes most with south or west facing rear gardens.

Aside from the construction of new homes, the scheme will also include an array of exciting features, including a stream and a pond.

"We have taken a great deal of time to ensure that we are providing the types of homes that people want to live in," said Jo Richards, marketing and sales manager at Hillreed Homes. "Despite a recession, there is still a high demand for property, particularly new build and to gain planning permission in a growing town environment is enabling us to build within walking distance of the busy town centre."
