High demand for off-plan homes in Kent

Friday 30th July 2010

New home builder Jones Homes has reported strong demand for off-plan homes at its new Henwood Place development in the Ashford area of Kent, despite the fact that the new show home will not be launched until the Autumn.

"We are planning a show home launch in the autumn but we've had so many enquiries we decided to start selling off-plan," comments Sara Stanhope, sales & marketing director for Jones Homes Southern. "Homebuyers who reserve one of the new homes off-plan will not only get the pick of the plots, they'll also have time to get their own homes on the market with a view to being ready to move when their new home is complete."

When complete, Henwood Place will comprise 20 detached and semi-detached four bedroom houses in Gordon Close, a private road. Prices are yet to be announced.

Stanhope says that prospective homebuyers are welcome to spend time talking to the sales consultant, in order to find out more about the development.
